How long do handcrafted orders take?
Custom dining, bedroom, and living pieces typically arrive within 8–12 weeks. In-stock finds from the showroom floor deliver in as little as 7–10 days across Northeastern PA.
Can you hold an in-stock piece?
Yes. We offer a complimentary 24-hour hold so you can confirm dimensions. Need extra time? A refundable deposit extends the hold up to one week while you finalize your plan.
Where do you deliver?
Our white-glove crew serves most of Pennsylvania plus Binghamton, Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, and Northern NJ. We blanket-wrap, install, level drawers, and remove all packing.
Do you include care guidance?
Every delivery includes felt pads, humidity guidance, and our recommended care kit based on your stain. You’ll also receive a follow-up call within 48 hours for any lingering questions.
