Describe how your team guides customers from planning to delivery.
Service menu
Choose what you need now or layer services as your project progresses—every pathway keeps your furniture feeling intentional, durable, and ready for everyday life.
How the process works
Outline the steps customers experience.
- 01
Step 1
Plan & scope
Share measurements, photos, and priorities so we prepare layouts, swatches, and builder notes ahead of your consult.
- 02
Step 2
Builder alignment
We confirm specs with the shop, share progress updates through the 8–12 weeks window, and flag changes before they impact timing.
- 03
Step 3
Delivery & care
White-glove delivery is scheduled around finishing dates across Northeastern Pennsylvania, the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre corridor, and weekly routes to the Poconos., with post-visit care resources ready when you need them.
